4. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The legal basis for processing personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is:

  • Consent

Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Act and based on the consent of the data subject, assignment, customer relationship, or other relevant connection. The purpose of processing personal data is to maintain contact with customers, manage and develop customer relationships, and for marketing purposes. Personal data is used for the sale, marketing, offering, production, and personalization of services. Data is also processed to fulfill contractual obligations.

Additionally, personal data is processed to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. It is also used for customer communication and for direct marketing by FinProma’s partners (e.g., via phone, mail, advertising, and email). The data may be utilized for planning and developing FinProma’s business, services, and products. Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
